PeeWee PC 1-Year Warranty
PeeWee PC, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that any part of the computer excluding software, documentation and similar items will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the period of your warranty from the date of delivery. PeeWee PC, LLC uses only new computer parts to fabricate computers, and all parts are backed by the original manufacturer’s warranty. This limited product warranty covers normal use only. This limited product warranty does not cover damage caused during shipment (except the shipment to the original purchaser) and any damage caused by: actions that are beyond PeeWee PC’s control, including without limitation, impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster, war, lockout, epidemic, destruction of production facilities, riot, insurrection, or material unavailability; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals; improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse or mishandling. This limited product warranty does not cover software or non-PeeWee PC LLC branded products. Any warranty applicable to software or non-PeeWee PC, LLC branded products is provided by the original manufacturer.
Upgrade Policy
All PeeWee PCs are constructed using cutting edge technology at an affordable price. We understand that the world of computer hardware is constantly changing, and that a component bought today can be out-dated tomorrow. A solid upgrade policy is essential with any computer system purchase, which is why PeeWee PC customers are entitled to purchase upgrades at a significant discount. You can opt to install the hardware yourself or you can send your system to PeeWee PC. Not only wil PeeWee PC install the new hardware for you, but your machine will be completely reintegrated from the ground up.
Software. All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. PEEWEE does not warrant any software under this Agreement. Warranties, if any, for the software are contained in the license agreement that governs it purchase and use.
Return Policies. PEEWEE-branded hardware systems and parts that are purchased directly from the PEEWEE Group by an end-user Customer may be returned by Customer in accordance with PEEWEE's "Total Satisfaction Return Policy" in effect on the date of the invoice. We have a 60-Day money-back guarantee. There is a 10% restocking fee. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges. From time to time, PEEWEE may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with PEEWEE's exchange policies in effect on the date of the exchange.
Products. PEEWEE continually upgrades and revises its products and service offerings to provide PEEWEE customers with new products and service offerings. PEEWEE may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers. PEEWEE will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet or catalog are possible. The parts and assemblies used in building PEEWEE products are selected from new and equivalent-to-new parts and assemblies in accordance with industry practices. Spare parts may be new or reconditioned. The quoted PEEWEE SKU numbers for PEEWEE-branded hardware products are of the quantity specified by PEEWEE and conform in all material respects with the PEEWEE product specifications current on the date such products were shipped.
PEEWEE Software and Peripherals Products. Any warranty and technical support provided on third-party products purchased through PEEWEE's Software and Peripherals Division are provided by the original manufacturer and not by the PEEWEE Group. These products may be returned only in accordance with the return policy in effect on the date of invoice. The warranties and technical support may vary from product to product. PEEWEE-branded products purchased through PEEWEE's Software and Peripherals Division carry the same warranty terms as described in Section 6, Warranties, above.
