PeeWee PC 1-Year Warranty
PeeWee PC warrants to the original purchaser that any part of the computer excluding software, documentation and similar items will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the period of your warranty from the date of delivery. PeeWee PC uses only new computer parts to fabricate computers, and all parts are backed by the original manufacturer’s warranty. This limited product warranty covers normal use only. This limited product warranty does not cover damage caused during shipment (except the shipment to the original purchaser) and any damage caused by: actions that are beyond PeeWee PC’s control, including without limitation, impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster, war, lockout, epidemic, destruction of production facilities, riot, insurrection, or material unavailability; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals; improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse or mishandling. This limited product warranty does not cover software or non-PeeWee PC LLC branded products. Any warranty applicable to software or non-PeeWee PC branded products is provided by the original manufacturer.
Upgrade Policy
All PeeWee PC's are built to order. All orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please be advised that PeeWee PC has a standard 48-hour processing period before orders are shipped. The average turn around time for a PeeWee PC is 7 days, this includes the 48-hour processing period as well as 3-5 days for ground shipping. Please keep this in mind at the time of your purchase if you are looking to receive your merchandise in less than 7 days. Expedited shipping is available. PeeWee PC works hard to maintain its originality and reputation and needs this time in order to sustain this distinction.
Software. All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. PEEWEE does not warrant any software under this Agreement. Warranties, if any, for the software are contained in the license agreement that governs it purchase and use.
Return Policies. PEEWEE-branded hardware systems and parts that are purchased directly from the PEEWEE Group by an end-user Customer may be returned by Customer in accordance with PEEWEE's "Total Satisfaction Return Policy" in effect on the date of the invoice. We have a 14-Day money-back guarantee. There is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges. From time to time, PEEWEE may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with PEEWEE's exchange policies in effect on the date of the exchange.
Products. PEEWEE continually upgrades and revises its products and service offerings to provide PEEWEE customers with new products and service offerings. PEEWEE may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers. PEEWEE will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet or catalog are possible. The parts and assemblies used in building PEEWEE products are selected from new and equivalent-to-new parts and assemblies in accordance with industry practices. Spare parts may be new or reconditioned. The quoted PEEWEE SKU numbers for PEEWEE-branded hardware products are of the quantity specified by PEEWEE and conform in all material respects with the PEEWEE product specifications current on the date such products were shipped.
PEEWEE Software and Peripherals Products. Any warranty and technical support provided on third-party products purchased through PEEWEE's Software and Peripherals Division are provided by the original manufacturer and not by the PEEWEE Group. These products may be returned only in accordance with the return policy in effect on the date of invoice. The warranties and technical support may vary from product to product. PEEWEE-branded products purchased through PEEWEE's Software and Peripherals Division carry the same warranty terms as described in Section 6, Warranties, above.
